Selling Guidelines
A few simple rules that keep the marketplace clean, trustworthy, and appropriate for our community. By listing an item, you agree to these.
Photos — keep them modest and clean
Show the product, not people. Listing photos should picture the item itself on a plain or simple background — no people, no models, nothing immodest. Clear, well-lit, in-focus photos on a clean background sell far better and keep the whole marketplace looking professional.
Describe items honestly
Your title and description must accurately match what the buyer receives — real materials, sizes, colors, and condition. Don’t exaggerate or use a photo that isn’t your actual item. Honest listings mean fewer problems and happier repeat customers.
Sell only items you can deliver
List what you actually make or have, set realistic handling times, and ship on time. If you run out or need a break, mark the item sold out or put your shop in vacation mode rather than leaving buyers waiting.
What isn't allowed
No counterfeit or knock-off goods, nothing illegal or unsafe, nothing immodest or inappropriate for the community, and no content that disparages others. Don’t try to move a sale off the platform — that removes the buyer protection that makes people comfortable buying from you.
Personalized & made-to-order items
If an item is custom or made to order, say so clearly and set the handling time honestly. Custom items often can’t be returned — state your return policy on the listing so buyers know before they order.
