Do I need an account to buy?
No — you can check out as a guest with just your email. We’ll send your order confirmation and a link to track everything. If you create an account later with the same email, your past orders appear automatically.
How does buyer protection work?
When you pay, we hold the money — the seller is only paid after your order arrives. Once your package shows up, click “I received it” on your order page (or we release it automatically a little while after shipping). If anything goes wrong, report it from your order page and we’ll make it right.
How is shipping calculated?
Each seller ships their own items, so shipping is per seller — but items from the same seller ship together for one charge. You’ll see the exact shipping for each seller at checkout before you pay. See Shipping for details.
Can I return something?
Each seller sets their own return policy — you’ll find it right on the listing. See Returns for how it works.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment company trusted by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card number.
How do I become a seller?
Selling is currently invite-only. Contact us and tell us what you make — if it’s a fit, we’ll send you an invite code to open your shop.
