Every seller sets their own policy — here's how it works.
Check the listing first
Each shop sets its own return policy, and it’s shown right on the listing before you buy. Many handmade and personalized items can’t be returned, so it’s always worth a quick look.
How to start a return
Message the seller from your order page — most issues are sorted out directly and quickly. If you can’t reach an agreement, use “Report a problem” on the order and our team steps in.
You're protected either way
Remember: sellers are only paid after your order arrives. If something shows up damaged, wrong, or not at all, report it from your order page — your payment is still protected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
